After you reserve your brand, we’ll send you a comprehensive questionnaire to analyze your brand and get to know your target audience. We’ll then get to work on our side to tailor your kit to your brand.

After filling out the questionnaire, expect an email from us with a timeline, and initial brand design. Approve this or you have the option to make one revision. Subsequent revisions will be charged on an hourly basis.

Once we’re good to go, we’ll deliver Brand Style Guide, font pairings and your logo files in different formats - SVG, PNG, JPG and realistic mockups you can edit in Canva moving forward!

Mini brand kits come with instant downloadables you can customize and start using immediately.
For premium or limited edition brand kits, the process takes about 5-10 business days in total.

Business name, logo, color palette, tagline (if applicable) and font choice if you have a custom font you’ve purchased before.

Yes, as long as you’ve paid for the license. This package does not including buying a custom font for you.

We have a wide range of website templates you can choose from to complement your brand kit. We can also design a custom website for you. Check out our VIP days to see if it’ll be a good fit for you.

We don’t recommend editing your design by yourself if you’re not a graphic designer, but we deliver the Canva link with your package so you can if you need to. Please note that some fonts or custom elements may need a Canva Pro subscription.

Clear and simple: 1 purchase = 1 brand/website. If you intend to use our brand kits for multiple projects, kindly purchase a copy for each client or project individually.
